Doors open each morning at 8:30am. The Raising Equity Workshop begins at 9:00am and ends at 2:30pm, with doors closing at 3:00pm.

Day 1
Builds the foundational systems to grow sustainably. Topics include Securities Commission Regulations, Acquisition Strategy, Risk Mitigation. There will also be a short review on the Recent Housing Policy Changes, the Development Proforma, Legal Agreements and Case Studies.
Day 2
You will learn how to raise capital, manage cash flow, and work with investors and homeowners to accelerate growth. You will also get an opportunity to present your pitch deck in front of your peers and the Laidler Capital Team.
