  • Set realistic return targets and present financials in a risk-conscious manner to instill investor confidence.

Risk Mitigation, Exit Strategies & Partnerships

  • Identify and mitigate key development risks including construction, market conditions, and permitting delays.

  • Explore multiple exit strategies and their implications on returns, including sale vs. rental approaches.
